What you get

Four plans. 30 capabilities.
Here is all of it.

The pricing cards are short on purpose. This is the long version, with what every feature actually does and an example of it doing it.

Every capability, and where it starts.

Every one of these is working today. We do not list things we are still building.

Answering the phone

What a caller gets when nobody in the shop can pick up.

24/7 AI voice receptionist on your number

Your existing number forwards to her when you cannot pick up, or all the time, your choice. She is not a phone tree and not a recording. She talks, she listens, she interrupts politely when you interrupt her, and she keeps the thread of a real conversation.

A caller at 9:40pm asks whether you handle emergency callouts in Land O'Lakes. She answers from what you told her, takes the job details and the number, and you read it at 7am.

You write the exact words she opens with

The greeting is a text box in your back office, not a support ticket. What you type is what she says on the next call.

"Thanks for calling, this is Ellie, how can I help?" Yours to change for a holiday on Thursday and change back on Monday, at 11pm, without emailing anyone.

Lead intake, in her own words

She gets the name, the number, what they want and when they want it, and she confirms the number back digit by digit so a bad transcription does not cost you the job.

Not a form. She asks the follow-up a person would ask, then reads the callback number back to make sure she heard it.

Booking, only once your calendar is proven

She can book straight onto your calendar. She is not allowed to offer it until you connect a calendar AND a test booking has landed on the exact calendar you chose and been read back off it. Until then she takes a message and says so.

Connecting an account is not enough. Owners with several calendars grant the wrong one all the time, and the failure is silent until a real customer's booking lands where nobody looks.

Missed-call text-back

A missed call gets an immediate text back so the caller does not ring your competitor next.

The caller who could not reach you has a text from you before they have finished deciding to ring somebody else.

SMS lead alerts to your cell

The lead hits your phone before the caller has put theirs down.

The lead reaches your phone while the caller is still in the parking lot.

Inbound email handled the way calls are

She reads what comes in and drafts the reply. Nothing leaves without a human pressing send.

You approve, you do not compose.

Your back office

Everything you can see and change yourself, at any hour, without asking us.

Every call, with the full transcript

Not a summary and not a count. The actual conversation, both sides, for every call she took. Read what she said, not what we tell you she said.

A customer says they were quoted a price. Open the call and read the line.

Search across every call you have ever had

Search the words spoken on your calls, not just the phone numbers.

Search 'warranty' and see every caller who raised it this month.

Who has called you before

Callers grouped by number, so a repeat caller shows up as a repeat caller with everything they said last time.

The number that has now called four times without booking is a callback you are losing.

Your minutes, on the carrier's meter, not ours

Minutes used against minutes included, from the same meter that produces your invoice. Test calls, yours and ours, are listed separately rather than quietly folded in, so you can see we did not bill you for them.

The number you are answerable for, and the number of minutes we deliberately did not charge you for, on the same screen.

Change her voice, and hear it before you commit

Pick a different voice and play a real sample of your own greeting in it before you save. One picker, in one place.

You hired her sounding one way and your customers read you differently. Change it in a minute, at 11pm, without emailing anyone.

Change her name, her persona and her tone

Warmer, shorter, more formal, less chatty. She is your employee, and the dial is yours.

A funeral home and a pizza shop should not sound the same, and they do not have to.

Every change logged, and one click to undo it

Every edit to your agent is recorded with who made it and what it replaced, and any of them can be put back. You can experiment without the fear that you have broken the thing answering your phone.

You shortened her answers on Friday and the weekend felt curt. Put Thursday back.

Coach her after a call that went wrong

Read a call you did not like, tell her what she should have said, and she carries it forward. The correction is attached to the call it came from.

'When someone asks about financing, hand them to Sales, do not quote a rate.'

Your hours, prices, services and promotions

The facts she answers from, editable one item at a time. Add a promotion on Tuesday and she is quoting it on Tuesday.

Holiday hours, a price change, a new service, a seasonal special. Yours to change, no ticket, no wait.

Test her yourself, any time

Ask her a question from the console and read the answer, or have her ring your cell so you can hear exactly what a customer hears. Test calls do not count against your minutes.

Before you trust her with a Saturday, call her and try to trip her up.

She knows it is you calling

Your own number is saved so she recognises you instead of running the stranger script at her own boss. Whether she greets you by name is a switch, and it is yours.

Every other caller on the same line keeps the strict rule. She never greets a stranger by name off caller ID, and that never changes.

Guardrails

The things she will refuse to do, on purpose.

She cannot promise what nobody wired up

Booking, texting, emailing, order lookups and stock checks are each off until they are connected AND verified against the specific target you chose. Off is not silence: she is told plainly what she cannot do and what to offer instead.

A caller told no time knows to chase it. A caller told they are booked in hangs up satisfied and finds out when nobody shows. We build for the first one.

She will not greet a stranger by name

Knowing a caller's name from caller ID and using it unprompted is the move that makes people hang up. She waits until they tell her.

Memory yes, creepy no.

A local rep, by name

Someone in your city who set this up and picks up the phone. Not a ticket queue in another timezone.

The person who walked in your door is the person you call.

Your website and listings

Where people find you before they call.

Your own AI website, built and hosted

We build it and host it, and there is no separate hosting bill. It is yours while you are a customer.

Most of our customers arrive with a site that has not been touched in four years, or no site at all.

She answers on your website too

The same agent, the same facts, the same guardrails, in a chat box on your site. Not a second bot with a second set of answers to keep in sync.

Someone reading your site at midnight gets the same answer they would have got by calling.

Google Business Profile set up properly

Categories, services, hours and description, done once, done right.

The single highest-leverage listing most local businesses have never finished filling in.

Premium placement on Top Rated Cities

A premium listing on our own city directory, included. It is a $297 product that we do not charge you for.

Included at Website and above, at no extra cost.

Getting you found

Work we do every month so the phone rings more.

Show up when people ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI

People have started asking an AI for a recommendation instead of scrolling a map. We structure your site and your answers so you are in that reply.

'Who is the best emergency plumber in Land O'Lakes?' is now a question with one answer, not ten blue links.

A monthly report a human wrote

What came in, what she handled, what needs you.

Short enough to actually read.

Done-for-you social content

Posts written and scheduled for you, in your voice, about the work you actually did.

The job you finished on Tuesday becomes Thursday's post.

She answers to you too

Your agent as your analyst, not just your receptionist.

Ask her about your own business, out loud

She knows your number, so when you call she drops the receptionist script and answers as your analyst. How many calls came in, how many were real conversations rather than wrong numbers, what share she finished herself against what she passed to a person, how many were sales and how many were service, leads taken, repeat callers, your busiest day, and where you stand against your plan's minutes. Any other caller on the same line gets the receptionist and nothing else.

"How did we do this week?" She leads with how much she handled without you, splits out what she closed off entirely against what she took a lead on, and compares it to the stretch before.

More than one location

For owners running several shops.

Multi-location support

One agent that knows which of your shops a caller wants, with the right hours, the right address and the right people for each.

One number, several shops. She works out which location the caller wants before she starts answering about hours or availability.

Talk to her before you decide.

She answers a real business's phone right now. Call and ask her anything a customer would.
